Register & Commit
Sign a waiting list form accompanied by a USD $500 commitment fee. Fully deducted from your occupational deposit — no money is wasted.

Choose Your Stand
Select your preferred location, or let Ribane Housing source and allocate a suitable stand for you. Clients with their own stands may retain them.

Plan & Build
Once the agreement is signed and the plan is set, construction begins. Estimated waiting period: approximately 9 months from signing.

Raise Your Deposit
During the build period, raise the occupational deposit — tiered by age at signing (5%, 20%, or 40% of house price).

Move In
Pay the occupational deposit, take the keys, and begin affordable monthly installments over 5, 10, 15, or 25 years.
